Fasting With No Progress

How I could possibly see the changes when 3rd day of puasa I iffar in Chillies and the day after in Tony Roma's. I ate like ba alip ba ya. WTF?

"9 months 10 days is the period for a mom to carry her baby in her womb. So, I'm making that a standard time for me to look for changes.

If nothing new happen in 9 months 10 days, then something went wrong. During that time, you may forgetten on the thing you're persuing. You may forgetten the feelings on why you're doing it in the first place.

Looking back, it's true that there were feelings which I've forgetten. Good feelings and the bad feelings.
